- Xihuitl Tamarind Sauce
- 50 g butter
- ½ onion
- 1 kg shrimp
- Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter until melted.
- Add onion and wait for it to soften.
- Add shrimp, season with pepper, garlic powder and salt, integrate everything.
- Once the shrimp turns pink, add the Gourmet Xihuitl Tamarindo Sauce to taste (approximately 1/2 bottle is recommended). Wait for all the liquid to evaporate and keep until the shrimp is crispy.
