- 1 jar of Mango Xihuitl Sauce (cold)
- 1 orejona lettuce
- 2 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 ripe petacón mango
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chop the lettuce, wash and disinfect.
- Cut the peppers in juliana.
- Cut the cucumbers into small squares along with the mango.
- Combine everything in a bowl, season with salt and oil to taste.
- Add the Mango Xihuitl Sauce to taste.
