Salmon with Xihuitl Mango Gourmet Sauce

Receta de Salmón en salsa de mango Xihuitl

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Gourmet Xihuitl Mango Sauce
  • 850 g of fresh salmon (not smoked)
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • 20 capers
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 5 g of fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • Salt to taste
  • Unsalted butter to taste

    Procedure:

    • Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add a little olive oil.
    • Heat a griddle and grill the salmon.
    • When the salmon is ready, remove from the grill and serve with mango Xihuitl sauce.
