- 1 bottle of Gourmet Xihuitl Mango Sauce
- 850 g of fresh salmon (not smoked)
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 lemons
- 20 capers
- 5 basil leaves
- 5 g of fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 cup of white wine
- Salt to taste
- Unsalted butter to taste
Procedure:
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add a little olive oil.
- Heat a griddle and grill the salmon.
- When the salmon is ready, remove from the grill and serve with mango Xihuitl sauce.
Ready! To enjoy.
